Proposed staff-wellbeing collaboration.

A synthetic demonstration and discussion of a bounded pilot.

WIJDAN is developing an AI wellbeing companion and the foundations for permissioned care coordination. We propose beginning with a voluntary staff-wellbeing pilot, with agreed scope, accountable owners and an evaluation plan.

What the first discussion covers
01The intended users
02Available support routes
03Staff privacy
04Human escalation responsibilities
05Deployment requirements
06A synthetic demonstration
07Explicit decisions about what the pilot will not include
What a staff pilot would examine

Whether people understand the service, can control sharing, find preparation useful and can navigate agreed support routes. It should also examine operational load and unwanted effects. This is a feasibility proposal, not an efficacy claim.

Staff data statement

The proposed pilot does not connect to patient records. Staff may still disclose sensitive personal information; this requires an appropriate data and operating model. Employer administrators should not receive individual conversations or identifiable wellbeing profiles.

Future pathway

If the bounded programme supports progression and the required approvals are obtained, a separate clinical phase could introduce provider workspaces, accepted care teams and permissioned referrals.

Collaboration request

Nominate a programme sponsor and clinical contact for a synthetic demonstration and a discussion of the proposed operating model.
